Some clients require installations of equipment which as to be modified to their own special needs
This was the case for a client based in Bristol who required a high pressure wash down system to be located at an easily accessible point and then piped around the complete unit with numerous points of entry.
The solution here was to install a Karcher system running at high pressure with quick release points at locations decided by client.
The system as a chemical added at source and as a Gas water heater integrated in the unit allowing operators full adaptability of washing facilities.
I P SITE SOLUTIONS was able to manufacture a CIP (cleaning in progress) unit for this client which also allows operators to wash system while they prepare for differing production runs.

I P SITE SOLUTIONS were called in after purchase was made and delivered to site much of which was old and came with no drawings only photographs to work from and most of the equipment was in need of serious restoration.
The project required us to construct a mild steel frame and stairs which both had to be modified to meet client’s requirements. Then install main drying system and ductwork in stainless steel which also had to be modified to suit
A time scale for the project was worked out and all work was completed on time and our client was able to produce product to a very high standard from the outset.

Normal wall coatings in work areas are very hygiene friendly but because of normal working practices these get damaged and can be costly to replace. We have been called in more and more to place a cladded layer on the main areas that can be washed down easily and are far more robust than coated walls that are often used.
All cladded areas are glued and sealed to wall areas and have been accepted by British Standards who have hygienically certified work premises after our project have been completed.
All work is able to proceed with little or no disruption to any production within client’s premises.
